Biography
Robert Goldberg is a Montreal chef and owner, who can guide you in the right direction to running your own restaurant. Goldberg is a 2001 graduate of George Brown College, with various professional experience at a number of notable restaurants, including many years spent as an executive chef at Queue de Cheval and Maison Boulud in Montreal. He also worked at the Rain in Toronto to kick start his culinary career. He holds a WSET Level 3 sommelier designation to perfect his love of food and wine.
He then started his own restaurant in December 2017, Mauvais Garcons, and the bar a vin Vendetta in February 2020. Both renowned Griffintown eateries have become popular spots to indulge in Chef Goldberg's idea of comfort food, along with his unique wine list. His enthusiasm for the restaurant business is a driving force to not only withstand economic uncertainty, but to rise above and inspire others in the process.
